Designed for leaders and managers that are currently leading teams, the Altitude Leadership Program builds on existing experiences and focusses behaviour on the five key areas of the Kameleons leadership model.

 

Practical Leadership Skills and Behaviours 

Leadership is more than knowledge - it is the skilled application of knowledge put into action.

The Altitude Leadership Program is Kameleons signature leadership development program and is conducted over 10 months for leaders, managers and small business owners seeking to take their teams to the next level of performance.

In addition to core leadership skills and behaviours, the Altitude Leadership Program is focussed on building individual leadership skills to adapt to changing internal and external challenges. 

The Program is centred on developing leadership skills across the five core competencies listed below:

Purpose and Values

The power plant for any leader are their core values (both individual and business). They underpin behaviour and provide the drive, grit, resilience and vision for the leader.

Task Management

To stay on track, all leaders need to understand, maintain and adjust their flight plan. Responsible, organised, task-focussed and reliable leaders achieve results for themselves and their team.

Managing Self

'Before you leader others, you must lead yourself'. Solid self-awareness coupled with self-belief, assertiveness and clarity provide the foundation to lead others.

Team Altitude

Your team altitude is determined by your team attitude. The ability to communication effectively, provide timely and construction feedback, activity listen and whilst maintaining accountability ensure the team reaches its optimal performance.

Adaptive Leadership Qualities

Highly effective leaders know how to adapt their own leadership qualities and skills to their team, their management, their purpose and their business environment. One size or style does not fit all situations. The ability of the leader to anticipate, train, coach and adapt is crucial to business success.

  • Making the transition from a clinical background to the corporate world was full of challenged. As a nurse learning to navigate the world of business I was looking for advice and guidance in order to succeed in the new environment.
