“Michael facilitated the RMIT Cert IV Training & Assessment Intensive Course in August 2009, which I participated in. He is a very approachable, enthusiastic, energetic, knowledgeable trainer and presenter and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He has a great ability to put technical language into simpler terms for the novice student to understand, to put people at ease with the subjects and the workload and to have a bit of fun at the same time.”
