Training Needs Analysis: Kameleons can help you align and develop your leadership and team competencies to the values of your business. Leadership skills assessments highlight training and development gaps from which specialised learning solutions can be developed.
Learning Evaluation: Nothing is worse than investing time, effort (and money) into a training solution and not knowing if the outcome has been met. Kameleons evaluates all training courses and helps you measure the impact of training interventions.
Learning Strategy: Kameleons can design your entire learning strategy, from aligning behaviour to strategic goals, competency development, skill review, 360-degree feedback, training design, facilitation, evaluation and individualised coaching.
