Kameleons provides a range of services to meet the leadership and team requirements of our clients. These services include:

Facilitation: Kameleons has been very ‘picky’ in choosing facilitators. We expect our leadership and team facilitators to not only be good at developing a learning environment, they also have to have a wealth of training and leadership experience to draw upon.

Coaching: Kameleons is focused on providing you with a learning solution, not just a training day. We recognise that we all learn differently, at different rates and using different styles. We can work with you on a one-to-one basis to help individuals reach their leadership potential, or help those with particular skill difficulties address and overcome their development needs. 

Training Course Design: Kameleons training courses are tailored to suit the needs of your business culture, strategy and objectives. Further, training is focussed more on action than talk. Creative course design, including participant and facilitator manuals, elicit skills and behaviours that will be retained and used effectively in your business.

Leadership & Team Retreats: Kameleons leadership and team retreats are truly special events. Facilitation is dynamic, fun and tailored to meet your individual business needs. Successful leadership and team behaviours are modeled and tested through challenging individual and team activities designed to maximise the learning of all participants.

Training Needs Analysis: Kameleons can help you align and develop your leadership and team competencies to the values of your business. Leadership skills assessments highlight training and development gaps from which specialised learning solutions can be developed.

Learning Evaluation: Nothing is worse than investing time, effort (and money) into a training solution and not knowing if the outcome has been met. Kameleons evaluates all training courses and helps you measure the impact of training interventions.

Learning Strategy: Kameleons can design your entire learning strategy, from aligning behaviour to strategic goals, competency development, skill review, 360-degree feedback, training design, facilitation, evaluation and individualised coaching.

Kameleons Learning Model

The Kameleons Learning Model has been designed in conjunction with Pangalo Group to ensure skills and behaviours learnt in the training room are successfully applied to day-to-day business.

You can’t change the results or behaviours of a business in a single day, irrespective of how good the leader, product, program or skill. It is therefore unreasonable to expect that very same result from a single training day.

May 2010


1. New Partnership with Australia-wide Business Training (awbt). Kameleons can now offer the Diploma of Management and the Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAA) course in partnership with awbt.

2. New Website layout. We have added a couple of new courses to the training schedule including a new Business Skills Workshop for Presentation Skills, a new Articles and Resources page with loads of helpful articles, video tips and templates for use.
